Shoeing :
It is a recommendation of the organising committee that all horses / ponies be shod as the course goes over some rough and rocky ground and lame horses will be eliminated as per the FEI rules.
Venue Bingara Showground
Horse Inspection
All horses & ponies must be presented in a bridle fitted with a bit. Handlers and horse/ponies must be neatly attired. All inspections per FEI & EA Rules.
Stabling Stables & Yards: $ 10.00 per night per horse
Catering Bring your own. Limited Canteen available - tea, coffee, sandwiches.
Saturday night: BBQ available, BYO everything.
Membership/Insurance
Drivers and Grooms are to be
Junior Drivers 14 years and under 18 years. As per EA rules.
Current safety standard AS NZS 3838 2003 applies.
Prizes and Ribbons may be awarded for overall competition.
Club Competition
To be made up of three combinations from the same club with one competitor in a different class to the other two. All three combinations must complete all phases of the competition to count towards overall score. Entries to be in writing to event secretary before the start of competition A.
· Horse sports are a dangerous activity and can result in serous injury (including death) and loss.
· All persons who ride, drive or tend a horse on the grounds do so entirely at their own risk.
· Neither Horse Driving Trials Club NSW Inc nor Equestrian Australia, the National Carriage Driving Committee or ENSW Carriage Driving Council, the Organising Committee or landholders or any other member there of, accepts any liability for any personal injury (including death) suffered by any person from, or relating to any incident involving a horse and handler or driver or rider.
EA Test 3 ( 2006 version) for all classes
with 6-8 obstacles. Maybe water crossing/s.
